| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of
Donald J. |
| 4 | | Manning Sr.; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Donald Manning Sr. was a retired Vice President of |
| 6 | | Administration at the Moraine Valley and Waubonsee Community |
| 7 | | Colleges; he also served as Manager of the Moraine Valley |
| 8 | | Federal Credit Union; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Donald Manning Sr. was the beloved husband of the |
| 10 | | late Carol Ann (nee Hoyne); the loving father of Donald Jr. |
| 11 | | (Jill), Kathryn (Ronald) Frugoli, and Stephen (Debra) Manning; |
| 12 | | and the dearest grandfather of Timothy, Christina, Kaitlyn, |
| 13 | | Leanne, Jason, and Carol Anne; therefore, be it
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 15 | | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 16 | | we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of |
| 17 | | Donald J. Manning Sr.; and be it further

| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to the family of Donald Manning Sr. as an expression |
| 20 | | of our sympathy.
