| 8 | | generating wind devices other than those with a nameplate |
| 9 | | generating capacity of less than 100 kilowatts that are used |
| 10 | | primarily by an end user, a municipality may prohibit any |
| 11 | | electric generating wind device from locating less than 1,000 |
| 12 | | feet from a residentially zoned area, provided that the |
| 13 | | regulation is not inconsistent with another municipality's |
| 14 | | zoning regulation.
