| 3 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 12 through 21 with the following: |
| 4 | | "Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, all |
| 5 | | persons who either (i) have been honorably discharged and who |
| 6 | | have been awarded a Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kosovo |
| 7 | | Campaign Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan |
| 8 | | Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, or Global War on Terrorism |
| 9 | | Expeditionary Medal by the United States Armed Forces or (ii) |
| 10 | | are active members of the Illinois National Guard or a reserve |
| 11 | | component of the United States Armed Forces and who have been |
| 12 | | awarded a Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal, |
