| 5 | | on page 1, line 10, after "loans", by inserting "applied for |
| 6 | | and"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 1, line 13, by replacing "Section." with "Section, |
| 8 | | including a disclaimer to be displayed on the Department's |
| 9 | | website stating that the fact that an institution that made no |
| 10 | | loans to small businesses during a specified period does not |
| 11 | | indicate any policy against or practice of refusing small |
| 12 | | business loans by that institution."; and
|
| 13 | | on page 2, immediately below line 2, by adding the following: |
| 14 | | "(d) The reporting requirements in subsection (a) of this |
| 15 | | Section shall not apply to federally chartered banks.".
