| 3 | on page 1, line 20, after "Governor", by inserting ", or his or | ||||||
| 4 | her designee,"; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 2, line 14, by replacing "May 1, 2011" with "November | ||||||
| 6 | 1, 2011"; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 7, immediately below line 20, by inserting the | ||||||
| 8 | following: | ||||||
| 9 | "(i) This Section is repealed on December 31, 2014.".
