| 7 | | Movable soccer goals present a serious threat to the safety of |
| 8 | | children and adults from the dangers of unanchored or |
| 9 | | improperly anchored soccer goals tipping over. Care should be |
| 10 | | taken when installing, setting up, maintaining, moving, and |
| 11 | | properly securing a movable soccer goal. If an organization |
| 12 | | owns and controls a movable soccer goal, it must create a |
| 13 | | soccer goal safety and education policy that outlines how the |
| 14 | | organization will specifically address the safety issues |
| 15 | | associated with movable soccer goals.".
