<reference>30 ILCS 500/45-62 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that, in awarding State contracts requiring the procurement of motor fuel, preference may be given to an otherwise qualified bidder or offeror who will fulfill the contract through the use of fuel produced at an Illinois renewable fuel plant, provided that the cost included in the bid of motor fuel produced at an Illinois renewable fuel plant is not more than 1% greater than the average cost of motor fuel not produced at an Illinois renewable fuel plant. Effective January 1, 2013.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
