Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides that members of the Health Facilities and Service Review Board shall receive compensation for duties related to all attended scheduled meetings of the full Board at a rate of $35,000 per year. Provides that a member's salary shall be proportionally reduced for each scheduled meeting of the full Board that he or she does not attend. Provides that the Chairman of the State Board shall receive additional compensation, at a rate of $30,000 per year, for duties specific to the chairmanship.
