<reference>35 ILCS 5/221 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates a credit for employers of individuals who were receiving unemployment benefits from the State for a period of at least 120 consecutive days immediately prior to the employee's date of hire with the taxpayer. Sets forth the amount of the credit based on the number of months during which the individual is employed by the taxpayer. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
