Provides that the portion of taxes levied by a school district located in a redevelopment project area that is (i) established by the City of Chicago on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act or (ii) established by the City of Chicago prior to the effective date of the amendatory Act and extended by the General Assembly on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall be allocated and paid to the school district in the manner required by law in the absence of the adoption of tax increment allocation financing.
