<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>430 ILCS 132/1</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Creates the Waukegan Harbor Remedy Facilitation Act. Makes findings. Provides that a "confined disposal facility" (CDF) may be constructed by the United States if the United States makes certain determinations. Sets forth the requirements for building a harbor or mooring facility. Provides that the jurisdiction over the bed of Lake Michigan by the Department of Natural Resources shall not be limited by the Act. Sets forth the powers and duties of the Waukegan Port District concerning the expansion of specified boating and recreational facilities and contracts with the United States for the operation and maintenance of a CDF. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
