<reference>815 ILCS 122/2-5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Payday Loan Reform Act. Provides that a lender may not make a loan to a consumer if the total of all payday loan payments coming due within any month, rather than the first calendar month, during the term of the loan exceeds the lesser of $1,000 or specified percentages of the consumer's gross monthly income.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
