Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and the Department of Human Services, as the lead agency responsible for administering the early intervention program, to adopt rules to include applied behavior analysis services provided by Board-certified behavior analysts as a covered service, subject to appropriations, to individuals eligible for medical assistance or early intervention services; and to adopt rules for a behavior analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to participate in the medical assistance program and the early intervention program, subject to appropriations.
