<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-416</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-416</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that an additional fee of $20 shall be charged for each copy of a traffic accident report furnished by the Department of State Police, other State law enforcement agencies, or law enforcement agencies of local authorities. Provides that the additional fee shall be $100 in the case of an accident which was investigated by an accident reconstruction officer or accident reconstruction team. Provides that the additional fees designated for the Department of State Police shall be remitted by the Department of State Police to the State Treasurer within one month after receipt for deposit into the State Police Operations Assistance Fund, and that the additional fees designated for the Department of Natural Resources shall be remitted by the Department of Natural Resources to the State Treasurer within one month after receipt for deposit into the Conservation Police Operations Assistance Fund.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
