Provides that an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance or managed care plan that provides coverage for influenza vaccination shall provide coverage for all reasonable and customary expenses, including the cost of the vaccine and administration fee, incurred when influenza vaccine is administered outside of the physician's office in a school by a local health department, a local physician's office, or other person qualified to administer vaccinations.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
