Removes provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code authorizing the Secretary of State to suspend or revoke the driving privileges of any person who has received a disposition of court supervision for specified violations of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 relating to the transfer, possession, and consumption of alcoholic liquor.
