Prohibits the sale, offering for sale, or delivery of an energy drink containing stimulants, including, but not limited to, caffeine, taurine, or guarana to a person under 18 years of age. Provides that the Director of the Department of Public Health is authorized to file a complaint and seek a temporary restraining order or preliminary or permanent injunction restraining the sale, offering for sale, or delivery of an energy drink to a person under 18 years of age.House Committee Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause with the bill as introduced and the following changes.
