Provides that in a county (other than Cook County or a county contiguous with Cook County) that has both a county health department and a county community mental health board, the county board of health may appoint the administrator of the county community mental health services and facilities as the medical health officer or public health administrator of the county health department and the county community mental health board may appoint the medical health officer or public health administrator of the county health department as the administrator of the county community mental health services and facilities.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
