Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act. In a Section concerning hotel taxes imposed by the Authority, provides that the tax is not imposed on the renting, leasing, or letting of hotel rooms used or paid for by representatives of an organization chartered by the United States Congress to provide disaster relief.
