Provides that $5 from all civil union license fees shall be remitted by the circuit clerk to the State Treasurer for deposit into the Domestic Violence Fund. Provides that, in counties of the first and second class, a county board may, by ordinance, increase the notary public recordation fees and the indexing and filing of assumed name certificate fees.
