Creates a deduction for individual taxpayers in an amount equal to the total amount expended by the taxpayer from September 15 through November 10 of the taxable year for the purpose of purchasing lottery tickets associated with the scratch-off game for Illinois veterans established under the Illinois Lottery Law.
