<reference>725 ILCS 120/3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1403</aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/3-3-1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1003-3-1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act. Defines "victim advocate" as a person who works or has worked with crime victims in one or more of the following capacities: (1) participating in education programs or seminars for the benefit of crime victims; or (2) rendering confidential assistance to crime victims. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that at least one member of the Prisoner Review Board shall be a crime victim or victim advocate.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
