<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>45 ILCS 15/Act rep.</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children Act of 2011. Provides that Illinois enters into the Compact. The purpose of the Compact is to provide a process through which children who are abused, neglected, or deprived or who have been adjudicated delinquent or unmanageable are placed in safe and suitable homes in a timely manner. The further purpose of the Compact is to facilitate supervision of interstate placement of those children, delivery of services, and communication. The Compact creates the Interstate Commission for the Placement of Children. The Compact provides that the Commission shall oversee the administration and operation of the Compact and that the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of state government in each member state shall enforce the Compact and the rules of the Interstate Commission and shall take all actions necessary and appropriate to effectuate the Compact's purposes and intent. Repeals the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
