Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Workers' Compensation Act. Provides that an individual who has been awarded temporary total disability payments under the Act or the Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is not entitled to receive those payments for any period during which the individual is incarcerated. Effective immediately.
