| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of
Mark A. Miller of Lake Bluff, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on April 19, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mark Miller was born on April 14, 1967 in Lake |
| 6 |
| Forest; he was a life-long resident of Knollwood; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Mark Miller was a graduate of Lake Forest High |
| 8 |
| School; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Mark Miller was an excellent carpenter and enjoyed |
| 10 |
| his motorcycle, his snowmobile, the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago |
| 11 |
| Bears, watching NASCAR, and boating; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Mark Miller was preceded in death by his father, |
| 13 |
| James V. Miller; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Mark Miller is survived by his mother, Katy |
| 15 |
| Miller; his brother, David (Amy) Miller; his nephews, Jared and |
| 16 |
| Justin; and his niece, Karleigh; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
