SENATE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3
learn of the death of
Robert A. Keller of Lake Villa, who 
4
passed away on January 19, 2009; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Robert Keller was born in Chicago on January 5, 
6
1937; he was the son of the late Martha and Anthony; he was a 
7
resident of Lake Villa for the past 25 years; he married his 
8
wife, Bonnie, on October 14, 1977; and

 
9
    WHEREAS, Robert Keller retired from the Allendale School in 
10
Lake Villa after 21 years of service; and

 
11
    WHEREAS, An avid fisherman, Robert Keller also enjoyed 
12
camping and all outdoor activities; and

 
13
    WHEREAS, Robert Keller was preceded in death by his 
14
parents; his sisters, Geraldine and Dorothy; and his brother, 
15
Jim; and

 
16
    WHEREAS, Robert Keller is survived by his wife, Bonnie; his 
17
children, Laura (Rick) Prescott, Bob (Lori) Sweet, Kevin (Jean) 
18
Sweet, Tim Sweet, and Pat (Becky) Sweet; his 12 grandchildren; 
19
and his sisters, Joan McMahon and Nancy (Ed) Falco; therefore, 
20

    RESOLVED, BY THE  SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL 
2
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3
his family and friends, the passing of Robert A. Keller; and be 
4
it further

 
5
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6
presented to the family of Robert Keller as an expression of 
7
our sympathy.
