    AN ACT concerning transportation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 15 as follows:

    Sec. 15. 
"Aeronautics instructor" means any individual 
8
engaged in giving
instruction, or offering to give instruction, 
9
in aeronautics, either in
flying or ground subjects, or both, 
10
for hire or reward, without advertising
such occupation, 
11
without calling his facilities an "air school" or
anything

12
equivalent thereto, and
and without employing or using other 
13
instructors. It
does not include any instructor in any public 
14
school or university of this
State, or any institution of 
15
higher learning duly accredited and approved
for carrying on 
16
collegiate work, while engaged in his duties as such

instructor.
