| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the |
| 4 |
| Forest Glen community on the occasion of winning 3rd place in |
| 5 |
| the Community Landscape Category of the 2009 Mayor Daley's |
| 6 |
| Landscape Awards for its Forest Glen Gardens; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The residents of Forest Glen and the spectacular |
| 8 |
| gardens that they have created are worthy of the greatest |
| 9 |
| respect; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |

| congratulate the members of the Forest Glen community on the |
| 13 |
| occasion of their 3rd place victory and wish them continued |

| success and happiness in the future; and be it further
