<SynopsisText>     Proposes to amend the Legislature Article of the Illinois Constitution. Prohibits a Representative from serving more than 5 consecutive terms from the same Representative District. Prohibits a Senator from serving more than 3 consecutive terms from the same Legislative District. Prohibits a person who has served the maximum number of consecutive terms from serving another term in the same office from the same district until after the expiration of at least the next 2 terms. Effective upon being declared adopted, and applies to terms beginning on or after the second Wednesday in January 2011.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
