Ends the terms of the current members of the Illinois Gaming Board and provides that the Governor shall nominate new members from nominations presented by the Nomination Panel, which is created by this amendatory Act. Makes various other changes in provisions concerning the Illinois Gaming Board and its duties. Adds ethics provisions applicable to the Board members, members of the Nomination Panel, and employees.
