Amends the Condominium Property Act. Provides that bylaws shall provide that: any director may be removed from the Board of Directors at a special meeting of owners, called for that purpose by a two-thirds majority of those present or voting by absentee ballot; all procedures governing secret ballot elections shall apply; and a director, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing, may be suspended or removed for cause by a two-thirds majority by the Directors.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
