Provides that if certain persons are receiving a retirement annuity or pension and accept a contractual position covered under the Code, then their annuity or pension will be suspended. In provisions concerning the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, prohibits overtime, vehicle allowances, and lump sum payments for sick or vacation time from being considered in the final rate of earnings.
