<reference>215 ILCS 106/36 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>215 ILCS 170/40a new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>305 ILCS 5/5-5.01b new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Children's Health Insurance Program Act, the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act, and the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the State shall be reimbursed for any funds provided under the Children's Health Insurance Program, the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program, and the Medical Assistance program to cover the costs associated with the hospital delivery or birth of a child; and that reimbursement shall be made by the putative father of the child when certain criteria exist. Provides that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services may consider certain factors when determining the amount owed by a putative father. Defines "putative father".</SynopsisText></synopsis>
