<reference>815 ILCS 505/2III new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that whenever a person sells to a consumer merchandise consisting of a wireless telecommunication device that is not subject to a contract for wireless telecommunication service, the seller must obtain the consumer's name and address. Requires the seller to maintain that record for one year. Makes a seller's failure to do so an unlawful practice under the Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
