Provides that the Secretary of State shall print on its standard certificate of title application form a provision indicating that if the applicant wishes to contribute $1 to the Save Our Sight Fund, he or she may do so by stating the amount of the contribution ($1) on the application form. Provides that the Secretary of State shall also make available to an applicant for a certificate of title informational materials on the importance of eye care and safety.
