<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Illinois Accurate Government Records Act. Sets forth the findings of the General Assembly. Contains provisions concerning the access to an individual's personal records, changes to an individual's personal records, the limitations on a public body's disclosure of an individual's personal records, the limitations on a public body's maintenance of systems of personal records, the limitations on a public body's maintenance of an individual's personal records, and the rights of legal guardians. Specifies the responsibilities of a public body under the Act.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Creates the Illinois Accurate Government Records Act. Contains only a short title provision.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
