Provides for payment by the Board of Trustees of the Public School Teachers' Pension and Retirement Fund of Chicago of partial reimbursement for the cost of health insurance coverage for a person who is an employee of the public school district who is a recipient of a service retirement, disability retirement, or survivor's pension from the Chicago municipal pension system. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Pension Note (Government Forecasting &amp; Accountability)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>HB 6018 will have a negative fiscal impact upon the Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund since more retirees will become entitled to receive health insurance rebates.
