<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>105 ILCS 5/18-8.05</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State aid formula provisions of the School Code with respect to supplementary grants in aid. Provides that, for the 2010-2011 school year through the 2012-2013 school year, a school district is eligible for a supplementary payment if the school district also received a supplementary payment during the prior school year. Provides that for the 2012-2013 school year, the supplementary grants in aid shall be no more than 50% of the eligible amount. Provides that for the 2013-2014 school year and every school year thereafter, no supplementary grants in aid shall be made available. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
