Provides that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall utilize the same procedures for payments to all facilities licensed by the Department of Public Health under the Nursing Home Care Act. Provides that the facilities licensed by the Department of Public Health under the Nursing Home Care Act as an Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled or Long Term Care for Under Age 22 facilities shall be paid no later than the facilities licensed by the Department of Public Health as Skilled and Intermediate Care Facilities.
