<reference>20 ILCS 1505/1505-200</reference><aliasreference>was 20 ILCS 1505/43.21</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Labor shall require that each State agency require an applicant for State employment to disclose to the State agency on an application for State employment criminal history record information of the applicant, including violations of traffic regulations governing the movement of vehicles, but excluding violations of traffic regulations not governing the movement of vehicles.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
