Provides that the receipt of disability or survivor's benefits payable under those Articles of the Illinois Pension Code shall act as a waiver of temporary total disability benefits under specified provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act. Provides that other than certain temporary total disability benefits, the benefits payable under the Downstate Police and Downstate Fire Articles shall be reduced by an amount computed in accordance with specified provisions. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
