Authorizes the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to award income tax credits to trade show managers for locating large trade shows in Illinois and using Illinois labor. The credit ranges from 25% to 45% of Illinois labor expenditures, up to $10,000 per applicant per trade show. Promotes training and recruitment and a diversity plan. Allows for transfers of credits.
