Provides that an emergency communication system and a mass notification system are included under the definition of "alarm system". Provides that training may include the installation, repair, and maintenance of emergency communication and mass notification systems. Provides that a majority of the appointed Board members constitutes a quorum. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
