Provides that the officials, personnel, and agents of a municipality or county shall fully comply with federal immigration law. Provides that the Act does not authorize a municipality or county to restrict its officials, personnel, or agents from obtaining and maintaining information regarding the immigration status of an individual. Requires a municipality or county to implement the Act in a manner that (i) is consistent with federal immigration law and (ii) protects the civil rights of U.S. citizens and aliens.
