<reference>20 ILCS 1305/10-27 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Human Services Act. Provides that the Department of Human Services must provide adequate funding for the required services and supports for each individual on the Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) Waiting List Database in the crisis category within 30 calendar days after that individual is placed on the PUNS Database in the crisis category after completing an enrollment form with a Department pre-admission screener. Provides that Department must provide adequate funding for the required services and supports for each individual on the Database in the emerging crisis category within 90 calendar days after that individual is placed on the PUNS Database in the emerging crisis category after completing an enrollment form with a Department pre-admission screener.
