Allows an annuitant to re-enter service for a total of 2 years to fill positions vacated because persons are serving on active duty in the military, naval, or air forces of the State or federal government without impairing his or her pension benefits. In provisions amending the State Employee Article, exempts the changes from provisions concerning new benefit increases. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
