<SynopsisText>HB 448 has a minimal fiscal impact on the Secretary of State, mostly due to programming and form changes. However, HB 448 will increase revenues to the Road Fund and State Construction Account Fund by approximately $358 million annually and will increase revenues (via the Commercial Distribution Fee) to the General Revenue Fund by approximately $60 million annually. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
