<reference>105 ILCS 5/27A-10</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 805/8.33 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Charter Schools Law of the School Code. Provides that a charter school may not employ an individual in an instructional position or any paraprofessionals or school-related personnel who are not State-certified and highly qualified as defined in the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective August 15, 2009.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
