| SENATE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Ann Hanus, who passed away on December 1, |
| 4 |
| 2008; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Ann was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic |
| 6 |
| Church, and a former member of S.S. Cyril and Methodius |
| 7 |
| Catholic Church and St. Stephens Catholic Church; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, She was retired as a member of the Will County |
| 9 |
| Board; she was previously a commissioner with the Joliet |
| 10 |
| Housing Authority; and she was a volunteer with her church and |
| 11 |
| the Hi-Neighbor Club at Stevenson Tower; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles |
| 13 |
| E. Hanus; five brothers and five sisters; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Ann Hanus is survived by a son, Charles |
| 15 |
| (Christina) Hanus; her daughter, Charlene (James) Sweeney; and |
| 16 |
| her four grandchildren, Taylor and Hailey Hanus, and Jennifer |
| 17 |
| and Jimmy Sweeney; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |
| 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 20 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Ann Hanus; and be it |
