| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of Edward "Ed" Clark of Waukegan, who passed |
| 4 |
| away on December 27, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born on July 9, 1945; and he was a graduate |
| 6 |
| of Waukegan High School; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, He retired from the Waukegan School District as a |
| 8 |
| mechanic; he also worked for Lee Auto Parts; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Ed Clark was an avid car enthusiast who loved to |
| 10 |
| restore and drive his street rods; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his father, Edward |
| 12 |
| Clark Sr.; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Edward Clark is survived by his loving wife, Judy; |
| 14 |
| his sons, Robert Clark, Edward A. (Debbie) Clark Jr., Jeff |
| 15 |
| (Jennifer) Goza, Gregory Goza, and Griffin Goza; his |
| 16 |
| grandchildren, Susan, Richard, and Brandon Clark, Phoebe, |
| 17 |
| Hayley, Brittany, and Brandon Goza; his mother, Cecelia Clark; |
| 18 |
| his sister, Barbara (Donald) Robbins; his special family |
| 19 |
| friend, Wendy Richards; and his devoted pets, Sunnie and |
| 20 |
